The college is running the “Earn and Learn Scheme” in collaboration with Savitribai Phule Pune University for needy students. The college accommodates maximum number of students in this scheme. The students are allotted different types of work like gardening, computer typing, library services etc. Care is taken to ensure that the students develop their competence and employability through the work they do. The Earn and Learn scheme was started by the college in 1995 and it has benefited several extremely poor and needy students in pursuing higher education.
